Founded on a mission to make fitness accessible, fun, and affordable, SWELL Fitness has dedicated itself to helping people discover their own “SWELLness.” With their flagship product, the SWELL FIT BAG—a versatile, water-fillable workout tool—SWELL encourages users to embrace fitness anywhere, whether it’s the beach, forest, or hillside. But despite the unique appeal, sales had hit a plateau, and SWELL Fitness was eager to increase its impact and accessibility.

Brief

SWELL Fitness reached out to us with a clear goal: to elevate product visibility and boost sales for their current inventory. While their website and SWELL-TUBE channel provided a solid foundation, the brand needed a fresh, SEO-driven approach and an expanded platform presence—particularly on Amazon—to reach a wider audience.

The Work

Our team began by analyzing SWELL’s website, where we quickly identified a few key gaps. The site was image-heavy with minimal text, which impacted SEO and the ability to communicate the brand’s vision and mission. Additionally, the brand’s tone of voice wasn’t fully aligned with the active, nature-centric, and playful ethos of SWELL Fitness.

To bring SWELL’s mission to life, we established six core brand pillars: Connect to Nature, Be Playful, Mindfulness, Travel Friendly, Lifetime Durability, and Stable Mental Peace. These pillars set the foundation for a refreshed tone of voice and guided our content creation, ensuring that each element resonated with SWELL’s adventurous, health-conscious audience.

With a clearer brand identity, we redesigned the website to be text-rich, optimizing for SEO with strategic keywords and messaging that communicated the benefits of the SWELL FIT BAG and SWELL’s approach to fitness. We then expanded SWELL’s reach by setting up an Amazon store, crafting product descriptions, and positioning SWELL’s offerings to appeal to a wider audience of fitness enthusiasts on the platform.

The refreshed website and targeted Amazon setup transformed SWELL Fitness’ brand presence. With an SEO-optimized site and an engaging Amazon store, SWELL experienced increased visibility and a significant uptick in audience engagement across platforms.
