Founded during the challenges of COVID, Intriwa emerged as a multi-service brand focused on addressing the everyday needs of society residents. From vehicle servicing and delivery solutions to strategic dining options, Intriwa uses the simplicity of WhatsApp technology to bridge the gap between consumers and services, offering a one-stop solution for day-to-day needs. With a mission to solve every customer problem, Intriwa has become an accessible, community-oriented service provider.

Brief

Intriwa approached us with the need to build a cohesive brand identity that would capture their commitment to community outreach and efficient service. They sought brand assets that would reflect their values of simplicity, reliability, and accessibility across various touchpoints, from logos and banners to catalogs and booklets.

The Work

We began by designing a logo icon that represented Intriwa’s community-centric approach. Using a conversation box motif, we incorporated the letters "WA" from the brand name alongside people icons to signify their customer-focused, community-oriented model. The design emphasized Intriwa’s promise of connecting with customers in a warm, straightforward way.

To bring their brand identity to life, we crafted a brand book featuring a carefully selected color palette, typography, font style, and tone of voice. These elements showcased Intriwa’s humble yet bold personality, unified and professional in every detail. We also designed identical visiting cards, posters, and banners that utilized their primary and secondary colors along with a simple, catchy font style. These visuals communicated the brand’s straightforward and approachable nature, enhancing its appeal to the target audience.

To promote visibility, we created standees with eye-catching graphics and visuals that represented Intriwa’s values, ensuring they stood out in any setting. For the cloud garage catalog, we designed simple visuals paired with concise content, allowing customers to make informed decisions with ease.

Finally, we crafted booklets featuring bold font styles and compelling images that highlighted Intriwa’s core services. The booklets emphasized Intriwa’s unique offerings, helping potential customers understand and appreciate the brand’s essential value.

The Impact

The new brand identity effectively positioned Intriwa as a reliable and approachable community solution provider. The consistent and well-crafted visuals attracted the attention of the right audience, making Intriwa a trusted partner for residents seeking simple, effective solutions for their daily needs.
